Who We Are
In 2009, a collaborative team of professionals spanning social development, research, media, and the private sector united to form I Catalysts, with the shared goal of accelerating social development.
The idea of making some collective efforts came to us around 2007 and were doing our bit more at personal level such as teaching students in slum settlements, career counselling to youths, guiding people how to access benefits from govt. schemes, guidance to women and adolescent about adopting better health and hygiene practices etc. With all these voluntary efforts, the idea stuck to some of us to formalized our voluntary efforts and that led to formation of an organization, I-Catalyst.
Since its inception till 2022, we served as a support organization and helped small grassroot organizations in various states to strengthen them to deliver in public domain.
From end of 2022, we have stepped up our efforts and been actively working on various issues such as maternal and child health, livelihood, gender justice and environment and ecological management and sustainable supply chain development for agro commodities.
